Description:
CONCURE Chamber
Coat is a revolutionary advanced polymer-modified blend of calcium aluminates specialty cements, thermoplastic fibers, specialty modifiers and inorganic fillers. Camber coat can be pumped or toweled to produce a smooth or rough textured surface. When mixed with water, chamber coat will become a pseudo-plastic cementitious mortar with thyrotrophic abilities. This gelling capability allows the material to be pumped through a pump mixer yet remain cohesive enough to cling to the surface-lining. With excellent physical characteristic, such as low permeability, high temperature resistance, and superior compressive strengths, CONCURE Chamber-Coat is ideal for the remediation of old and deteriorated manhole walls and ceiling.

Uses and applications:
* Sewer pipes, trenches, sump enclosure, and pits
* Coatings for bridges, tunnels, and piers
* Resurface of manhole linings
* Smoothing pitted surfaces
* Creates an impervious substrate for walls and ceilings

Advantages:
*Extreme Heat resistance
*High Compressive, Tensile and Flexural Strengths
* Can be toweled or sprayed applied on walls and ceilings
* Very Low shrinkage
* Water resistance
* Excellent bond strength
* Will bond to all concrete and masonry products
* Mix with water

MixingCONCURE Chamber-Coat must be mixed by mechanical means.  For small applications, mix in a 5 gallon pail using a ½ inch heavy-duty electric drill with a Jiffies mixing paddle.  Pour approximately eight pints of water into the five-gallon pail. Gradually add the CONCURE Chamber-Coat into the pail while slowly mixing.  Mix for one to two minutes until a pasty cohesive consistency has been achieved.  High speed mixing will cause unneeded air entrapment and air bubbles.  DO NOT OVER WATER.  For larger applications, applications, CONCURE Chamber-Coat should be mixed in any standard mixer/pump machine.  Before pumping of the CONCURE Chamber-Coat, always insure that you have an adequate power supply and a steady water supply.  For deeper fills, it may be necessary to apply two or more coats.

Application
CONCURE Chamber-Coatshould be applied immediately after mixed.  CONCURE Chamber-Coat can be trowelled or sprayed onto the vertical surface starting from the bottom and gradually working your way to the top.  This method will allow continuity and a uniform coating on the surface.

CONCURE Chamber-Coat can be sprayed by low-to-medium viscosity shotcrete mixer/pumps or hand trowel led.  As with all cementitious linings, the actual thickness, which can be individually applied, is predicted on the amount of water in the mix.

Curing:
No special requirements are necessary in damp areas.  If curing at high temperature environments, a retarder should be added.  Once CONCURE Chamber-Coathas been applied in such environments, it should be water cured/misted to allow for complete hydration of the cement.  Water curing should involve the use of fine misting clean water onto the surface.  The average curing time of CONCURE Chamber-Coat averages twenty-four hours at 70 degrees F.

Recommendations:
*If temperatures exceed 95 degrees F. (35C), use cool water to mix the CONCURE Chamber-Coat

*The minimum ambient and surface temperature should at least 45 degrees F (7 C) at the time of pouring.
*Apply only to a clean, sound, and properly prepared substrate
*CONCURE Chamber-Coat can be used for outside/indoor applications only

*Do not apply CONCURE Chamber-Coat over gypsum-based materials.
*Test installations should be performed to assure compatibility with the existing substrate.

Cautions:
*Always dispose of all waste materials in accordance with Federal, State and Local Regulations.
*This product Contains Portland cement and silica sand.  Avoid breathing dust; maintain adequate ventilation during use.  The use of NIOSH/MSHA respirator is recommended.
*This product is a skin and eye irritant; avoid prolonged contact.  The use of NIOSH approved safety goggles and rubber gloves are recommended.
