Product Description:
Concure Multi-Patch is a fast setting, polymer modified, Portland based cement patch, that is mixed with water. MultiPatch provides a high strength, trowelable underlayment that will not crack, crumble, or dust and is installed from a feather to 1\2 inch. Floor covering is installed in 60 -90 minutes. Concure Multi-Patch is a gypsum free cement.

Basic Use:
Concure Multi-Patch is used as a flash patch, skim coat, featheredge, and for filling cracks, voids, and depressions. For deep fills or increasing the yield of the product, 30% clean 50 mesh silica sand is added to Multi-patch with the addition of the M-2 binder. Multi-Patch creates an excellent underlayment for the installation of PVC backed carpet, vinyl sheet goods, VCT, laminates, wood, tile, and marble.

Adding silica sand:
Multi-patch is designed for the experienced contractor to be able to add sand up to 30% by volume of Multi-patch for filling voids or the need to be used as a build product. When adding sand to Multi-Patch use Concure's M-2 Additive with
water.

Surface Preparation:
Surface should be clean, dust free, structurally sound, and should be free of excessive movement, waxes, sealers, release agents, or any foreign matter that would act as a bond breaker. Adhesive residues should be thin, well bonded, and hard. It is the responsibility of the applicator to determine that the integrity of the substrate is suitable for a quality application.

Mixing Instructions:
Pour 3 parts powder to 1 part water. Mix with a 1/2 inch 850 RPM drill. Blend until mixture becomes homogeneous and contains no lumps. Do not over water.

Note:
Some settling may occur during transportation or storage. Dry mix material before Adding Product to water.

Mixing Ratio for M-2 Additive:Mix 3 parts powder, to 1 part M2 Additive, small amounts of water can be added in addition to M-2, if needed.

When to Use M-2 Additive:
-For installation over cut back or adhesive residue, use the Concure M-2 Additive with the Multi-Patch.

-For applications on wood substrates, use M-2 Additive to enhance flexural strength.

-Use M-2 Additive when
embossing resilient goods. Do not exceed 1/16".

-When skim coating large areas, the addition of M-2 additive will increase bond strength.

-Add M-2 to water when adding 50 mesh silica sand to multi-patch for high build areas.
